MSCH is the industry partner on a multi-site, interdisciplinary project to rapidly detect pathogens in ICU patients suspected to have blood stream infections. In addition to detection, we also aim to detect antimicrobial resistance genes which will help  doctors decide which antibiotics might be needed and which antibiotics need not be used.
